Don't let the Super Bowl slow you down! Here's a workout you can do during the game or in between bites of game day snacks! Do all or part of the workout, or do the whole workout for all all of the game. The end goal is to just MOVE YOUR BODY!

TOUCHDOWN

Whenever a touchdown occurs during the game, challenge your stability and work your backside with this exercise. Keep your core engaged to maintain your balance. You'll work your hamstrings and glutes while also feeling a good stretch.

When a team loses possession of the ball, try this classic push up with a twist! Feel your abs working as you build your upper body strength.

Successful field goal? Elevate your heart rate with this movement. The lower you can get, the more you'll feel your legs working!

Fumble! Work your legs and your booty with this classic movement. Don't forget to engage your core to keep your balance!
